Dr. Azer is professional AND has people skills: is warm, personable, collaborative, gets the older patient, gets my areas of sensitivity and is patient with my sometimes differing opinions from the medical establishment. He understands that I like to combine traditional medical care with traditional Chinese medicine and alternative natural medicines and assists me in navigating that. I would strongly recommend him to others. I hope Optum understands that he has forged strong alliances with both my husband and myself. He is a very important support and anchor for us at this time in our lives as we deal with the issues of older adults.

He has been my doctor for over 15 years. I would say I learned to have a conversation with him which is personal but brief. He listens and cares for me. Getting a referral is quick. Although I would love to have more time. It feels like I am rushed and that might just be because of the new management.
