Very few questions ask at my physical I never came back in the room asked me if I wanted to get a mammogram. He’s the doctor. Why is he asking me? Didn’t ask me about smoking physicals or nothing like they used to be a never asked me about a wow woman’s appointment haven’t seen one for probably five years and nobody told me nothing.

As previously mentioned, prior to having Dr Gonzalez as my PCP I was on the verge of leaving OPTUM entirely as I felt my prior providers rushed through appointments and the experience felt mechanical. Dr Gonzalez has an excellent bedside manner. I trust his guidance and he has rekindled my affinity for OPTUM based on the quality of care provided.
