Entered the room rude asking why was I there showed him my feet that was really swollen had on slippers. So he’s standing there looking at them , I asked could anything be done he said no they are fine. I was looking at him and he told me he’s Retiring why was I there and why did I change doctors that I should’ve stayed. I said aren’t you my Primary doctor he said I’m retiring very firm. I put my slippers on waited on the Assistant and left. Maybe he was having a bad day, I don’t know so I have changed to another Primary Doctor.

He was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive. He would interrupt my questions and provided no answers to any of them.

Very helpful and caring -- especially considering my appointment with him was arranged only since I wasn't able to schedule a same day appointment with my PCP.

He is giving me tests if you’re a few months I was going to him, but I never had with another doctor with Optum in over 30 years. He goes well beyond his means.

I made comments about him in the first section of this survey. My son and I do not want him as our PCP. He was assigned to us when Dr. Salama retired and we have seen him twice. We would like to speak with someone in person about our reasons for this request to change our PCP.
