I went in overwhelmed regarding birth control. I went in thinking I’m a get one birth control, and left with options and a better understanding of the medication. Dr. Yamamoto saw my fear and anxiety and was patient and understanding gave me the next available appointment asap knowing he is booked and busy, day of my appointment I was nervous he walked me through the process and made me feel safe and comfortable. After appointment he walked out his office to make sure I was okay. 100/10 recommend him as a OB

Terrible experience this doctor doesn’t care about my care. He didn’t want to let me tell him about my past medical history. Past medical history was an important key factor of why is was visiting him. Incompetent doctor. I felt he was dismissive about everything I conveyed to him about my discomfort and pain.

Thomas Yamamoto, MD, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, with more than 26 years of experience. He earned his medical degree from UC San Diego School of Medicine. Dr. Yamamoto chose a career in medicine because of his interest in the human body and the challenges it poses. He became an OB-GYN doctor because of the skill and assistance he could provide expectant mothers at a special time in their lives.
