Dr. Sam’s is always prepared with all of my appointments. She clearly explains her treatment plan with me. She is very caring and polite in addition to being very professional.

There are no guidelines for rating. I saw her we spoke about my situation. She told me what she thought would be the next step. I guess because we have the Internet I can look up things, but there’s actually nothing ever actually given to me to look at or refer to.

She lied on her notes in my after visit summary. She said she spent 30 minutes speaking to me when we spent no more than 10 minutes, maybe even 5 discussing my health.

Dr Sams is compassionate and a good listener. She provides lots of support for patients dealing with diabetes, which puts a lot of burden on patients for self-care. She's an important part of the care team patients need to build for themselves to stay healthy.
