She really understands you and what you are personally going through and your concerns. She’s there 100% for you.

She listened, she cared, she responded to my portal messages (sometimes I had to wait, but she did respond), she appears to know a lot about my condition, and is helping me move forward. She is a new doctor and compared to my last doctor she did not make me feel stupid when I had an observation regarding my body's reaction to the medication. She is patient and kind and I'm thankful to find her. I have have thyroid disease for a lot of years and have not connected with any of the previous Endo doctors. Thyroid disease is complicated, but Dr. Sams appears to really want to help me get better.

Dr. Sam’s is always prepared with all of my appointments. She clearly explains her treatment plan with me. She is very caring and polite in addition to being very professional.

There are no guidelines for rating. I saw her we spoke about my situation. She told me what she thought would be the next step. I guess because we have the Internet I can look up things, but there’s actually nothing ever actually given to me to look at or refer to.

She lied on her notes in my after visit summary. She said she spent 30 minutes speaking to me when we spent no more than 10 minutes, maybe even 5 discussing my health.
