The provider was very nice and courteous.

I felt like she didn’t take the time to examine me. I went in because I have some bumps in my arm that I wanted checked, and to discuss ways to determine if they could be cancerous. Without even touching the bumps (as they are not visible on the skin) she told me they were PROBABLY just lipoma. Though that could be what they are the fact that she just looked at me and made an assumption does not make me feel taken care of as a patient. She didn’t ask me why I was concerned, I had to bring up that I have many types of cancers that run in my family, and I also had to bring up that these bumps are not super old and seem to be getting bigger. I truly felt like my five minute visit was a waste of my time for her to tell me what I already knew was a possibility by just googling. Kindly note I’m not exaggerating on how long my visit was, I waited 40+ minutes in the waiting room for her to have a five minute appointment with me. Also assuming a bump is not cancerous when a patient has medical family history of multiple types of cancer seems like a terrible thing to brush off and not recommend checking into further to confirm that everything is fine.

I am still waiting for the results of my skin test, I couldn't lock in to any account to access the results. It is ridiculous that you expect the very old generation to be setting up online account in order to see important results pertaining our health. It was an important and specific skin test and so far I still can not see my results. In the past, whenever tests are taken, we get informed in writting by a letter from the physician., Perfect. Now you expect patients to find out results by him/her self and to set up online accounts, etc. it is ridiculous and very unprofessional
