Not thorough, does not comment on all 'abnormal lab results. Only reviews some. Checked ears, lungs, breathing, ankles (1st time) but no other physical checks like abdomen for lumps or other irregularities. Actually does not do a head to toe assessment, but that I understand is the Optum policy. Also, does not ask about lifestyle, life routine, habits, or make any recommendations/suggestions. Does not get to know patient.

She did not do her job as a doctor should. She didn't exam me unless I asked, the nursing staff didn't check my blood pressure or anything until my daughter asked them to.
