I met with her on a day I had nausea and diarrhea (I suffered for a total of eleven hours). She said she was ordering a stat car scan and lab tests. I called EVERY DAY until Friday trying to get authorization for the cat scan. On Friday I finally called my insurance company for help and I was told that nothing had been sent in from Stephanie. They had no record of it. It was if my appointment was erased. So I called gondolas back and the staff accused me of insurance company of lying to me. Imagine hearing a response like that! She SAID she would help me; but in the end, she did NOTHING! And you pay her?!

Very courteous and patient, she asked questions and listened to my answers, asking me to clarify when needed. She approached my visit, holistically, meaning that she asked about other aspects of my health, not just Gastro. Her bedside manner and compassion were very encouraging. I like that she did an audio recording of the visit so that her notes could be accurate.
