She was knowledgeable and engaged and answered a question unrelated to my visit and adjusted my lab order. However I still don’t have X-ray report taken a week ago!!

I have never had a medical person take the time to go, in depth, to the answers I gave to questions. She was very easy to talk to and, importantly, had a sense of humor. She was also able to get my humor. Everything was explained simply and thoroughly.

My first paragraph in this lengthy opinion of my visit was about the NP Soorin Hong. Rather than repeating all that, here is more: She was in charge of directing my focus to numerous health concerns I have. Well done. She's better than any doctor I've had. ALSO --- Though the nurse, Rosa, was a no-nonsense nurse, she did listen to my concerns, and worked successfully with them. thank you for this excellent staff
