I know I have some type of injury to my shoulder and her response was let’s wait 4 weeks to see if your shoulder is still bothering me. If so at that time she will order an MRI. She said insurance companies want you to take certain steps prior to ordering an MRI. I felt like she wasn’t treating me, I left feeling she’s more concerned about insurance companies rather than how I’m feeling. I struggle to put deodorant on and it’s really difficult to put a shirt on. She wants me to wait 4 weeks. That’s totally unacceptable!

She was knowledgeable and engaged and answered a question unrelated to my visit and adjusted my lab order. However I still don’t have X-ray report taken a week ago!!

I have never had a medical person take the time to go, in depth, to the answers I gave to questions. She was very easy to talk to and, importantly, had a sense of humor. She was also able to get my humor. Everything was explained simply and thoroughly.
