Dr. Maher was very personable and had the best bedside manner of any doctor that I have ever seen. She really takes an interest in what her patients have to say.

Dr. Maher had poor bed side manners and didn’t seem to care. She was dismissive. Her tone conveyed an attitude of lack of concern and a “I can’t do anything for you,” attitude. I have never had such an experience from a medical professional in my life.

Like I said on my previous message . First thing they need to explain when they make an appointment that they are calling from an unknown #. Second if they schedule an appointment they need to compliant with it which did not happen on my case. The did not call on the time and date it was scheduled.

Dr. Maher was very pleasant, welcoming and professional. She asked detailed questions and explained the procedure very thoroughly. Dr. Maher demonstrated a lot of compassion and I would highly recommend her to other patients.

She tried to pass me to another doctor and first told me I haven't gotten your hearing test results then by the time I left she said I have to look for your results. I went in 3 weeks after my hearing test and she should have had them within a week to call me back, I honestly feel like she doesn't like her job and just brushed me off.
