Lacked follow through with Pharmacy. Had to make 5 calls and 2 more in person visits, take a day off work and go to the UC in order to get prescriptions. 6 hrs of my time wasted.

I did a blood test in [omitted]. I did not receive my blood test result in [omitted]. I have a telecom with Dous in [omitted] and reminded him to send me the blood test result. He agreed to do that. As per [omitted], I still have not received the test result. Very sad

As stated in my 1st comment of this survey. Lack of communication. Lack of empathy. Lack of follow-up and follow-thru. Not attentive to what the cause of bump on my leg is, and what effective methods to diminish pain. He was friendly. But very stoic. Will definitely not be going back to him and opting to look for other medical groups.
