Very through and attentive.

I have been seeing Dr Tran for 30 plus years. He is the MAIN reason I have stayed with Optum. I have NO issues with Dr Tran except that since he has become part of Otum, it is more and more difficult to talk or visit him. The turnover in the office staff has resulted in staff that has less and less knowledge of handling any of my problems and specific issues, and specifically who can help me. This is more prevalent with phone staff and front office staff than with back office staff. The phone holds are longer and longer, and the hold music? is the worst!!

His assistant Brianna I just can’t say enough about, she has always been so helpful, professional and you can feel how much she cares. Give that girl a raise because she is well worth it with everything I’ve seen her do and what she does for my family
