He’s personable and I feel comfortable with him. He is highly efficient above average relational skills. And I really liked that he told me that just because my biological brother has cancer it does not automatically mean that I will. At the same time he closely and diligently monitors me without unduly scaring me. I trust him.

Dr Ram has been an excellent doctor and carer for my dermatology needs over the last few years. However this particular time I feel very let down by the lack of information provided prior to the use of the Flourarcil cream and the effects it would have. There was no information regarding skin care while going through treatment which I had to google to get answers as the message portal is less than adequate when I was dealing with excessive pain and not knowing how to help with that. I did recommend to the doctor and nurse that patients receive a handout when they are using this on the entire face, so they can deal with any adverse effects and how to eleviate them.

Dr Ram takes the time to understand my needs and works through a treatment. He is kind and advises me what he is going to do and what will happen next. If you can say its a pleasure to see a doctor, it is to see Dr Ram.
