She is excellent in her care, concern, questions, and reviewing test results. She carefully reviews prior results with current results. This time she even did some research on an item of concern for me. Her staff/Nurses are terrific, Griselda and Eli (Elias).

I didn’t like that they made my next app without even talking to me about it. I feel like they are trying to get me to come in bi annually instead of annually. I prefer annually.

Dr. Patel is empathetic and helps give the best care with referrals for labs. She listens to my needs and will prescribe or do follow-up exams or referrals. The best part of my visits is talking with their support staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Although Rama Bathala Patel is a good doctor, I was a bit confused as to why she brought up assisted living facilities. Perhaps this is because of my age?
