Because the Optum new computer system is terrible. It is complex when trying to navigate. There is no option for other. The phone system is terrible also. Get it fixed please! Stop focusing on making money!

I went to see Dr. Gaddam she never sent in the prescription. She’s still missing two prescriptions. One of them is for specialty pharmacy my Victoza still have yet to be called in. I haven’t had it in one month. I’ve been out of that medication and she was supposed to make sure that all my other medications were to be refilled. I did receive some not all.
