3 minute full body exam …she could have missed signs of skin cancer.

She barely spent 5 minutes with me. She did a body scan on me so fast I have no confidence that she looked at all of my moles/freckles. She found a scale she did not like on my forehead and whipped out the machine to freeze it off with no explanation. She decided to biopsy two other areas but did not explain why or the procedure in detail.

Nicole is professional comfortable to talk to you and understanding of this senior citizens problems. She is just the right balance of knowledge and compassion and has been helpful as I navigate the problems of aging.

Nicole was extremely professional and very informant, she went above and beyond taking her time answer every single one of my questions regarding my skin care as well as other medical questions. She was amazing.

I felt she did a fine job of treating me (doing the biopsies). My only reluctance is being able to get an appointment in a timely fashion.

She is helpful and knowledgeable about medicine and treatments, not as good at dealing with the bureaucracy (she had trouble getting approval for a medicine to treat a fungal infection; the rejection reason was that it is only for treating fungal infections, meaning she didn't assign the best id to the problem).
