Nicole was extremely professional and very informant, she went above and beyond taking her time answer every single one of my questions regarding my skin care as well as other medical questions. She was amazing.

I felt she did a fine job of treating me (doing the biopsies). My only reluctance is being able to get an appointment in a timely fashion.

She is helpful and knowledgeable about medicine and treatments, not as good at dealing with the bureaucracy (she had trouble getting approval for a medicine to treat a fungal infection; the rejection reason was that it is only for treating fungal infections, meaning she didn't assign the best id to the problem).
