Dr. Ali has been my PCP and Advocate for me since day 1. I couldn’t have found a better doctor or staff anywhere!

Dr. Ali explained everything I needed to know about my care, he didn't rush about anything. When I asked him a question he answered each one. That's what I've been looking for in a Doctor.

Although I have seen this Dr for many years I have just not tried to find another primary. I have put up with Dr.Ali even though he is unempathetic and even condescending at times. Most times I tell him what tests I've completed rather than him telling me the results. Sometimes I've already received the results via a letter or a call then I get in the appt and he doesn't cover it (unless I tell him). Afterward MyChart starts sending notes that he covered all these different test that day, which he never really did ?? But of course he's caught up on the computer.

Very professional knowledgeable about diagnosis with diabetes we had video visit and he extended himself after hours to take time to call me at home and answered all my questions we went over everything in almost 2 hours truly caring doctor
