Very satisfied with Dr Sung.

I have only had one visit with Dr Sung so I don't know her that well yet. She was very pleasant and seemed to have read through my medical file before our visit.

She addressed all my questions and concerns. She was very easy to deal with. She seemed very caring.

She is very good in her care and thoughtful and thorough on all aspects of my care. Also she is reassuring at any point she can be.

Dr. Sung was very welcoming and listened to my concerns and answered my questions.

She did not fax the referrals or MRI results over to my PT as I requested. She seemed unprepared to go over my MRI results and didn't provide any more information than what's already written on the results.

I felt she listened and really tried to get a feel for me as a person. Also, she didn't push medications on me, which I really appreciated. In fact, she had a light touch when it came to medications and tried to get a full history.

Doesn’t return messages. Multiple times I’ve waited weeks for an online/mychart response and had to call multiple times to get a response. Last visit she was an hour late to our visit.
