Dr. Sung is an Amazing and Wonderful Professional and Caring Doctor. She truly listens and cares for her patients. I'm truly lucky and blessed to meet such a professional and I will come to her as long as she is with Optum. Optum is the luckiest to have her as their Excellent team member and doctor.

I have only had one visit with Dr Sung so I don't know her that well yet. She was very pleasant and seemed to have read through my medical file before our visit.

She addressed all my questions and concerns. She was very easy to deal with. She seemed very caring.

She did not fax the referrals or MRI results over to my PT as I requested. She seemed unprepared to go over my MRI results and didn't provide any more information than what's already written on the results.

Natalie Sung, DO, is a board-certified family medicine doctor. Dr. Sung earned her degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She did her internship and residency at PIH Health Hospital in Downey. Dr. Sung speaks English and Korean. She has worked with patients dealing with diabetes. She also has experience in women's health. Dr. Sung w anted to work in health care to help people live happier, healthier lives. She educates patients so they can make the best health decisions.
