She overprescribed drugs particularly 2,000 MG for Metformin whereas in the past my maximum dosage was 500mg ER. This caused uncontrolled diarrhea accidents heavily soiling my pants and surrounding areas. This happened four times. I finally cut the dosage 50 % and it seems to not recur. The other is the prescribed Mounjaro $500+....this cost is too much for a limited income
