She called me right away when she saw that my foot was broken - I got a same day appointment with her and she ordered an xray. She called me with the results the next morning and she got me an urgent referral to the podiatrist which I saw the same day

She listened well, was empathetic, and clearly outlined next steps. The problem was that the next step [omitted]. My brother [omitted] and I [omitted]never heard back regarding the PT status or appointment. Here again, i think that's because I lack access to the Optum portal (although I've tried to get it), and staff may call my brother, who forgets to relay communications to me. At times, I have been contacted directly by staff. Evidently, my role [omitted]is not always visible to the Optum staff.

She was very professional, seemed sensitive to my condition, answering questions and providing necessary treatment. She gave me instructions on next steps and when to follow up. It was a good experience and I even asked her if she was available as a provider in my Optum office to try to schedule with her again for future visits.
