Dr Ching is calm and compassionate. She is thorough when explaining plan of care. She is attentive to her patient’s needs. She is professional and knowlegeable.

It was my first appointment with Dr. Ching since Dr. Wu left. Dr. Ching was pleasant, asked me questions and caring. I did not receive notification from Optum that Dr. Wu was leaving optum.

This is the first time I met with her . Right away she said she would like to know me and she went to her computer and checked on my old records. I don't think my previous doctor did that. She listened to me carefully as to what I said. I didn't she was trying to rush me out. I checked my portal and she requested to have me see the ophtamologist and gave the reason for the request. She is very likeable and was very reassureing(?)

I’ve only seen this doctor a few times but I was disappointed with her approach when I recently saw her after coming out of the hospitalized for 9 days and her approach was more of getting on me for my medical issue rather than trying to understand me after I almost died with sepsis,

Not given referral as needed,not submitting lab orders to lab corp , I went for my lab appointment and was told lab orders were not submitted I was fasting , called dr’s office to let them know , they did not respond to my call.

I had her in [omitted] for urgent care.That was the only time I had seen her until the recent visit [omitted]. I personally requested her service because of her excellent, right to the point of my problem in 2009's case. I believe and trust her totally.
