I scheduled my appointment for a Pap smear and depo shot and was told I could have it done that day and the doctor ended up telling me she doesn’t do that and she’ll have to refer to gyn which doesn’t haven’t availability until 2 months out. Waste of time.

Just the worst care. Missed telehealth appts, refuses - REFUSES to respond back to any messages or requests without an appt - then misses the appts. I had an appt for [omitted] that was scheduled back in November which mysteriously was canceled. I was refused yesterday for an appt because there was an accident on the freeway. She refused to fill my longstanding prescription for albuterol, which I always need on hand for emergencies. Finally forced me to make a telehealth appt to talk to me for 3 minutes (I checked the call log), couldn't get off the phone soon enough, then sent the WRONG PRESCRIPTION to the pharmacy. It's not working because she messed up the quantity. I'm done with this half-assed amateur crap.
