She's very thorough, friendly and on top of everything. Extremely pleased with her, I’m a fairly new patient. I’m actually not used to getting such great care, my previous doctor was awful compared to her.

Ms. Bykowski was very dismissive. As her back was turned to me and she walked out of the room, she informed me that a prescription would be called in. She left me in the exam room with no other information or guidelines, so I expected her or the assistant to come back in. As I waited and nobody came in I tried to make my way to the exit. Too many exits, so I found my way to the desk and asked the way. Previous to that, I explained the symptoms and history of my complaints, but she didn't seem to take anything I said into account. When I went to the pharmacy, I found that the prescription was for an over the counter med that I am familiar with and have tried in the past with no success. I would have expected that she would have looked up the medical and medication history as a guideline. If she had, her prescription would have been different and would have saved me stress. That to me would be the reasonable and smart action of a caregiver. Also, I would expect that the patient would be listened too. After all, we know our body and history. I realize that some Doctors feel insulted when a patient questions their decisions, so I was careful not to do that. But she seems to have taken it as a go ahead to dismiss my symptoms into a catch all. I hope that my experience serves as an incentive to train medical providers. It takes months to get an appointment with the primary doctor so patients have no choice but to accept service from nurse practitioners, etc. So then, due diligence in training and hiring for these people would be worthwhile. Thank you.

Awful approach. Was met with a lot of assumptions/bias instead of asking the standard questions about diet, exercise, etc. Medication was not prescribed that was the purpose of the appointment and there was no response to my message following up to ask about it.
