I have had nothing but a great experience with Dr Chang. She is always very friendly, answered any questions I had, responded quickly to emails and always made me feel very comfortable and safe in her care.

I called her for a follow up question, the staff said they will send her the message but she NEVER called me back. Very disappointing. Maybe because she is leaving Optum? So she does not care? I am going to find another OB and will not come back to Optum.
