She’s incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and her communication is warm and natural. Nothing ever feels rushed or robotic. She is excellent! Always friendly, courteous, and considerate. She gives her full attention to my needs and takes time to make sure she understands my questions before giving me clear explanations.

My last visit with Dr. Jugo was excellent. She and her staff - including the PT - spent almost and hour with me, answering my questions and concerns and recommending solutions, suggesting home exercises and making the necessary referrals for Treadmill test, blood test for heart, and Urology. The reception area staff are friendly, courteous and professional, as are Dr. Jugo's support team members. Getting a referral and appointments for future visits are very easy.
