Courteous, friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned about my various issues. Probably not her fault that I had to wait long beyond my scheduled appointment time in the examination room: overscheduling? insufficient staffing? (Not the first time this has happened: pre-Optum this never happened at this facility, where I've been going for decades.

Dr. Arsi is a good listener and consequently provided understandable, appropriate advice.

It is hard to get an appointment in the near future. Also, there are delays once checked in to the office. Long waiting period inside room.

Dr. Arsi and I have a great dr. patient relationship. She always listens to my needs and wants and is will to work with me and my requests and gives me guidance and input. She is a great doctor and a long term doctor so she knows me.
