She was not compassionate enough. I asked her if she could fill up an FMLA form for me due to my absences at work because of my condition, but she said, “I don’t think it’s necessary.” I’ve been having knee pains for more than 3 weeks. She invalidated what I’ve been going through. That’s not acceptable.

I was very discouraged because first of all I was called way before my appointment time, then I felt rushed because I was having trouble connection via video and the provider was not giving me the attention I expecting did not seem to be listening to my concerns and reason for my call. I would really appreciate a supervisor/manager would reach out. Which I’ve sent a message in regards to this visit & to this date have not received a call back

Listens well as concerns to my hearing loss issues were described. Explains well what remedies required since there was no infection found in my ear. Very professional and thorough.

She’s nice to patients like me
-
Very friendly & courtesy approach. She sat down to talk upon entering the room (which made me feel she wasn’t in a rush & took her time to talk with me to decipher my issues). She was polite, knowledgeable & professional, which elevated my confidence in her care of me. We had conversations regarding my previous care, and discussions on my current care.
