I really like Dr. Nooryani as my doctor but in regards of my last experience I think he dropped the ball, I want to believe is the system not him but at the end of the day Optum let me down especially the manager of the Fullerton office, I have this names Cece Rebecca Leo, called several times let messages an nothing, nobody got back to me up to today, not in the Commonwealth office not the Optum people since October.
