Personable, polite. Since this was my first visit with Dr. Bakhru, I felt she could have been a little more friendly and caring about my knee pain. But overall, she was ok.

She asked me multiple times if I owed a gun. I thought this was inappropriate because it’s not her business, and it has nothing to do with the reason I was there. She also asked three times, and I felt like it was very excessive. Almost like she wasn’t paying attention and listening to my answer. She asked about medication that I’m clearly not on, since she has access to my medical file. I will not schedule another appointment with her.

Dr. Jyoti M Bakhru is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. She puts me at ease. She goes above and beyond the normal. I appreciate her willingness to address my concerns and answer my questions. We need more doctors like her.
