    Dr Hoying has been taken care of me for more than 30 years. He keeps very good medical records because I have chronic arthritis disease. He helps me to have special blood tests in order to detecting silent threats before they get into serious illness. I really appreciate his professional help.

  • About John Paul Hoying, MD

    John Hoying, MD, is board certified in rheumatology. Dr. Hoying earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a fellowship in rheumatology at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. Dr. Hoying has ser ved also a clinical professor of medicine at UCLA, where he was voted best resident instructor. When he is not practicing medicine, he enjoys volunteering at soup kitchens and being involved in church-related activities. Dr. Hoying is interested in design and architecture and is a member of the Historical Society of Southern California.
