Jocelyn has great bed side manner, she communicates effectively and gives a strong perception of caring about her patients. However I feel like she reveals too much personal information in her note taking that are not medically related or necessary for the file. This practice will ruin trust and ultimately cause the patient to go else where.

I cannot say enough great things about NP Jocelyn. She truly cares about her patients and makes sure that their concerns are heard and addressed. I never feel rushed with her or like I’m a burden. She takes her time with patients to make sure all their health concerns and questions are addressed. Optum is very lucky to have NP Jocelyn on their team, and I will continue to be an Optum patient so long as NP Jocelyn is working there.

She is quite literally the only reason why I am still with Optum. I changed to a Dr. because I thought it would be more beneficial for me and boy was I wrong. I left this Optum Dr. and went back to see Jocelyn Wang. She’s always followed up with my health, never leaves me waiting for email replies, and takes her time to explain things to me. I’ve never been cut off because she’s too busy to see me. She understands bed side manner unlike the previous Optum Dr.
