Dr. Hertel is a very caring physician and I have been with him since he joined Optum in California. I trust his judgment and have faith that he is looking out for my well-being. He is kind and understands my questions and needs. He also very encouraging. He is also a hands on physician...if he sees the need, he makes recommendations and suggestions that are plausible.
