The doctor began the appointment by explaining that her computer system was undergoing an upgrade and wasn’t working. She arrived nearly 40 minutes after our scheduled time. After I left, I tried contacting her because I needed a referral to see a dermatologist, and the earliest available appointment is in three months. I am still waiting for her return call.
