Dr. Nguyen was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. This was my first visit with her, as my primary care physician was not available for the date I needed. Can’t recommend this doctor. Can’t contact her though you leave messages/emailed her through customer services people. Not returning calls when you really need her assistance regarding your health situation at home because you can’t get appointment til after 2 or 3 months to see this doctor. In OPTOM: can’t get appointment to see doctors, not returning calls when you needed them so you ended going to urgent care or in ER. This is how Bad OPTOM and some doctors. Hoping to have/get satisfactory services soon

She’s not warm or compassionate. She doesn’t explain what she’s doing for your care. She’s comes off as judgmental.

She explains things so that I understand. Also Dr Nguyen believes in doing things naturally instead of pills. I have been that way for a long time. She is very caring. Dr Nguyen makes sure that things are corrected by retesting.
