Dr Phan has a personal touch with his care. He is interested in the patients whole being not only medically but all aspects of care. He explains well result of test, procedures and he takes time to listen to medical issues. He is very gentle and I feel that he cares. Huy Phan, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Phan earned his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. He completed an internship and residency at Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center in Southern California. Patients say that Dr. Phan is easy to talk to and seeks to provide the highest quality preventive medical care possible. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as biking, playing volleyball, and basketball.
