Dr Phan is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He takes time to discuss your concerns and works with you to ensure alignment on next steps and your treatment plan. He has been very helpful to me throughout my long-term disability process and has been supportive in assisting me with non-medical needs such as completing forms, etc., which is much appreciated since it is a part of the process that is required. He has never made me feel guilty or that I am overburdening him with request or I need for his assistance or to complete forms.

Huy Phan, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Phan earned his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. He completed an internship and residency at Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center in Southern California. Patients say that Dr. Phan is easy to talk to and seeks to provide the highest quality preventive medical care possible. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as biking, playing volleyball, and basketball.
