Dr. Wu listens and follows up with suggestions allowing me to fully understand the medical information. Dr. Wu doesn't insist I take medication, only when it concerns my results from blood and urine that requires attention. I feel confident he has my best interest in making sure to follow through at each office visit regarding my medical condition.

He was very rough when conducting the physical examination portion of my visit. As I said earlier in this survey, he pulled very hard on my left ear when trying to examine it. The proper course of action would have been to politely ask me to reposition myself in a way that would have made it easier for him to look inside my ear. Also, his eye sight did not seem very good since he was unable to spot the white dot/bump on my lash line that younger people can easily spot when I point it out. Furthermore, he was impatient throughout the exam and did not take my concerns seriously, possibly due to my age or sex. Sadly I left the appointment feeling disappointed and unheard. None of my issues were actually addressed. I was told to use an OTC allergy nasal spray and saline rinse to fix my hearing issues and a warm compress for the bump on my eye that I have had for about a year. If I knew that would have been the outcome of my visit then I would have asked Google and followed those steps at home. Total waste of my time and money.
