00000 I gave this rating due to a very poor experience. I did not receive a proper physical examination, and my symptoms were dismissed despite waiting several months for this appointment. I had to insist on testing, which later confirmed a MRSA infection, and there was a significant delay in follow-up communication. I was forced to seek treatment from another provider. The provider declined to review my MRI results and medical documentation, made inappropriate and dismissive remarks (including comments about me being sleep deprived), and spoke negatively about another physician within the Optum network. He also recommended medications that were unrelated to my condition and not the reason for my visit. I have serious concerns about inaccurate documentation in my medical record, including psychiatric-related statements that were never discussed with me and are not accurate. This experience did not reflect appropriate, professional, or patient-centered care!
