I think she is a great doctor. I do, however, blame OPTUM for limiting her capacity. She was not able to spend enough time, and I know it is because you place a quota on your doctors. Like ALDI places timers for their checkout people, it feels EXACTLY the same way. As though I am checkng out a few salad items, how fast can the checkout person go.

Very dismissive and does not listen to my needs. Too forceful on her advice to me and what is not good for me! She knows nothing about me or my history. And is trying to adjust everything as far a medication that my former Dr had prescribed. She appears dirty with dirty hair and shoes very unprofessional. Not looking for a slovenly Dr. quality of dr’s at this office is not very good. And you have to wait months for an appointment. I will be going elsewhere.

I don’t think that compared to my old doctor she has no empathy for my older age and how many years I have left on this earth to feel comfortable. I had back pain and my blood pressure was up because of this and she had no clue. She said to see my pain management doctor who I told her they wouldn’t prescribe my medication. Patients deserve to be heard respected and supportive especially dealing with pain

I felt as though I needed more time with the doctor since I recently had a biopsy and had multiple questions. My 20 minutes were up and she was gone.
