Please refer to my earlier comments 1) On 2nd visit, MD ordered wrong medication - should be Novolin (NOT Humulin) despite providing the MA with a print-out of my medication list & pharmacy on my 1st visit last [omitted]. Erroneously ordered at retail instead of mail order pharmacy as provided. 2) I was charged $178.00 for TDAP vaccine which MD strongly recommended without informing me that I can have at pharmacy at no out of pocket cost (paid under Part D). Her notes stated ...at pharmacy. Probably, MA didn't read MD's notes or was not not informed. On 2nd visit, I informed MD; was told that Patient Liasion or Office Manager will come to room to help while I was in the office. I was told to refer to Optum Billing but Billing told me to go back to provider's office to resend billing as Part D. To date, this matter is unresolved despite leaving messages. Needs to pay attention to details for accuracy.

Dr Hejri is pleasant,caring and concerned about her patients. Last year was a rough year for both of us. Working and communicating, listening makes all the difference in the world. That makes her good at what she does.

Dr. Hejri has been my, & my husband's primary doctor for over 15 years and now my young adult daughter's primary doctor. She is phenomenal. I trust her and her staff completely to take care of my family & I. She is always very kind, compassionate and genuinely cares about our well being. We feel very grateful She is our doctor. She has too many patients, Optum doesn't allow her enough time. So hardly ever see her. A new DO or more likely, a PA sees me instead. They don't have the knowledge I need,.

Dr. Ghazaleh Hejri, MD, on [omitted] was supposed to complete my referral to see a cardiologist, and after calling numerous times, the referral still hasn't even been completed. Very disappointing.
