She’s thorough, caring, thoughtful, respectful, and spends 10-15 minutes with me.

I needed a vacation override for traveling in another country and Dr. Inocentes agreed to write the prescription. She did write the prescription but not the override vacation prescription even though she said she would. I left numerous messages for her and she didn’t respond to them. I had to return from my trip early due to not having the medication while traveling.

I have nothing but the highest respect of Dr. Inocentes. She IS the reason that I stayed with her when she came under Optum. Otherwise I was going to change. I believe Optum is trying to do their best but remember the bottom line is PATIENT CARE that means Patients mental and physical feeling of being cared for by doctors supports. I don't feel Optum thinks of that I believe Optum wants to be #1 more than how they support their doctors and patients. Efficient is important but not over patient's feeling about how it's being changed. Not better and this is my dilemma.
