I used to think very highly of her but I had a bad experience this last visit as a first after Dr. Lin left. A mistake she didn’t verify the patient she was treating me and not another patient.

Super sweet. Explained every step as she is going through it. Provided additional options if needed. A pure delight.

First appointment was fabulous and she appears to be very qualified, personable, knowledgeable! Second appointment (this one) she and her staff did not seem to be working well together. Staff was unable to locate blood results. Dr Janjua appeared likely pressed for time and spent very little time with the patient, less than 10 minutes, likely closer to 5. Even though portal shows evidence of our call alerting staff that blood result is complete staff never confirmed receipt. Unfortunately, this last appointment seemed quite a waste of everybody's efforts and time. Getting [omitted] old wheelchair-bound mom packed up is a big undertaking and expense... To have an unsuccessful appointment was surely a disappointment and cost for all parties.

I really liked how knowledgeable she was of my case. She looked at my past history in order to help with my current issues.

She was extremely rude. Told me there’s nothing she can do to help me. Offered to put me on more medication when she told me I never tried any medications before and when I informed her I had a list of medication that were provided at the last visit she told me there was nothing noted like if that was my fault.
