The visit before last I asked her to have her assistant mail me hardcopies of my blood test results. This did NOT happen. I also asked for a referral to a urologist in Glendale. I never got this referral. The source of the problem seems to be the Optum app. I do NOT have a cellphone so I can NOT get a HealthSafe ID, which is required to use the Optum app. I might have a HealthSafe ID, I just can NOT determine if I do or NOT.
