Erinn restored my confidence in Optum. I was going to leave because of a terrible experience with Dr Korff at the Carlsbad CA location. I was called by Denise with Optum to schedule my annual assessment and told her I was very dissatisfied with the Carlsbad doctors. She listened, really listened to me. She suggested that I give Erinn at the Vista Ca location a chance. I am very happy I took her advice. Erinn is kinda, funny, and treats me like a human being, something Dr. Korff never did.

Great communicator! She listens extremely well, using eye contact and follow up questions so I FEEL understood. She explains her thinking so I feel like I’m part of the care process and know what to do if things don’t go as expected. She’s calm and reassuring and I didn’t feel like she was rushing through me to get to the next body. And I got in to see her the same day I called. If I could rate higher than ten I would.
