Highly professional, has a great bed-side manner, and makes me feel comfortable as a patient

I saw my lab results prior to my visit. Some results were abnormal. He told me everything came back “fine “! I said, “really?” And he said yes. He continued with the appt. I asked if he was going to prescribe something for my high cholesterol. He said “I told you everything was fine”. I said well the cholesterol was pretty high and he looked at it and said, sorry! You’re right! Now I wonder if he even looked at any of the test results!!!!!

Dr. Emmanuel Baidoo made my entire visit feel comfortable and stress free from the moment I arrived. I normally have anxiety about going to the doctor, but he was calm, patient, and genuinely listened to everything I had to say without making me feel rushed or dismissed. I went in because of ongoing back and leg pain, and he took the time to understand my concerns, explain things clearly, and give me helpful advice about my health and recovery. His professionalism, kindness, and ability to make patients feel heard truly stood out and made this one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office.
