I asked a couple clarifying questions about the procedure and felt dismissed. I asked about progesterone patches and creams v merena IUD and didn't get a satisfactory explanation. It felt like she didn't read my chart before seeing me! Since I don't need this IUD for birth control, more for bleeding prevention, I asked when I should consider having it removed. She stated removing it when I turned [omitted] I LITERALLY saw her the week before on my [omitted] birthday. If she had read my file, she would have known that. So now I should consider removal @ [omitted], I am currently [omitted] when should it be removed? How will I know I've completed menopause and have it removed. I felt unseen, unheard, and not validated.

She was very kind and I'd see her again. The problem is the office in general. They had the wrong chart, couldn't find my prescription because they had the wrong chart etc. The reason I'd NEVER refer anybody to this office ISN'T because of the doctor or NP. They're horrible at keeping appointments and answering their phones
