Knowledgeable and caring.

The question is really unfair to Dr. Julka as we have never met. She might be very charming and empathetic, but a phone call that concentrates on one medication is not the best way to have a first visit. She asked appropriate questions about the nasal spray. However, I may not have been able to explain that my insurance covers a 3-month supply, and my prescription was for 1 bottle and no refills, so I assume this will be a monthly hassle (for a nasal spray for allergic and nonallergic rhinitis). It's very possible that the clerical staff called in the wrong prescription details, but I have not been able to get it clarified.

She took time to listen to me and have a detailed discussion. She was very thorough and compassionate. She is GREAT

Julka makes you feel stupid and not friendly at all

Doctor Dilpreet showed me she really cared she sent a medical clinician to my place to check on me and to make sure I was doing okay and to explain to me how vital it is to pay attention and take steps to manage my hypertension. She also signed paperwork to help me receive medical prepared food and she did that within a couple of days, she listened to me and helped me in a way I needed and wanted help, she had a very strong spirit that I appreciate. The help that I am receiving along with the knowledge and follow-up checking in on me is very much appreciated and needed to help me realize how extremely important it is to be attentive to my medical situation, I continue to work hard at doing what is necessary in taking steps to be as healthy as I can be and following Doctor Julkas instructions
