NP prescribed another type of inhaler Pharmacy advise copay would be $253+ I left multi message for Darrick Johnson to just prescrib the same inhaler the ER provided as it was hard to breathe i was Diagnosed with RSV. I never heard back from anyone at Optum this is a big problem just egnoring the health of a patient.

Did not diagnose my foot problems and just gave me bandages to cover the wound. Struggled to get bandage open and didn't really give a treatment plan. Felt like I wasted my time coming in.
