I got a message from Oliver regarding my blood test. I already ask Dr Lan during the visit that I would need Tricor or generic to refill. I told him I am low I have 1 more week to go. This visit was on Nov. A message from Oliver to call back [omitted]. I did, I can't get a hold of anyone an agent answer. She said she will send a message that I called. I reminded that I need the refill my med of Tircor/generic 145mg. after so much frustration, and message, [omitted], I decided to stay on the line for over 45 minutes on line until she was able to get a hold of someone. Then she said, they care going to call you know, so you need to hang up. It's a cell phone it can handle multiple calls, but I did anyway. after 1 hour, I called again the agent answer, asking me all the protocol questions. [omitted] I called 4 times. [omitted], I called 2 more times. I ask If I should go to the office in person, She said they just moved. I had to ask for the address. Then she reminded me that it will take 24 hours, or 72 hours to get back to me again! This type of so called client and yes client service is not working you are talking the care it needs. Robotic! Its your system that causes all the branding of Doctors that you a servicing! Unable to talk to the office is a real back idea. I understand You need you agency to do well, it's not working. We are talking about people. This kind of business or care and system does not work. It's sick people you are forcing the society or community. You need to know the people and care for them know their name and who they are. it's about caring. That does hot exist in this system.
