I have a lengthy health history from being hit and nearly killed by a texting driver. Dr. Placik had reviewed my record and was familiar with me before he saw me. He took his time and was not rushed which was refreshing. He is an excellent listener and explained things in a way I could understand.

I had two items that I’m having trouble with. Shoulder pain and injuries to my right leg. I continue to have pain, rating up to 8 at different times. Both areas continue to cause me to lose some sleep. A pulled muscle in my right shoulder. A vehicle accident that caused me to hit my vehicle brakes very hard and I continue to have pain in my inner thigh related issues. I’m attending physical therapy, but this has not cured my pain issues

He is a very good doctor. The problem I had was that I had difficulty refilling the prescription. I used the portal to request the refill, and a message was sent that it had been done but no request was sent to the pharmacy. So I ended up running out of the prescription entirely. This is likely not Placik's fault, but the system obviously failed at some point.
