Carolyn is professional and friendly.

My test results got sent to her and they sat on her desk for a full week. I have eight different moralities and a severe UTI infection, which needed antibiotics immediately she never looked at the report. I called the office several times and she never returned my call and she told me she had the report she was waiting so we could go over together that is patient neglect. I’m filing a formal complaint on this establishment.
